Thank you for choosing Split Airconditioning. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the customer) and us (Split Airconditioning) regarding the services we provide.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional Airconditioning cleaning services for residential and light commercial units. Our standard chemical service includes cleaning filters, covers, coils, barrel fan, plastics inside the unit and drainage, as well as basic system checks. Are deep chemical cleans include all that is stated in the standard chemical clean, and in addition we take the unit apart with care and clean all parts with complete detail. Any repairs and part replacements are not included and will be quoted separately.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged in full or in a call out fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via cash, card or bank transfer. Additional payment options such as zip pay, after pay will not be accepted.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the units being serviced. Please ensure the area is free of obstructions and pets are secured. If access is unsafe or restricted, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellations may incur a call out fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Split Airconditioning takes all reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for:
- damaged caused by Split Airconditioning shifting objects in the service area
- Pre-existing damage to Airconditioning systems or surrounding property
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service
- Faults that occur due to neglected maintenance or improper use prior to our service or after we have left the service
6. Results Disclaimer
We aim to deliver the highest standard of Aircon cleaning. However, results may vary depending on the condition and age of the Airconditioning unit. We may also refuse to clean an Airconditioning unit if we deem it to be too old, and or to damage to preform a service that will risk damage, and or more damage to the ac unit. This will be discussed onsite with the customer either in person or over the phone.
7.pets and animals
At split air conditioning we have the right to be safe at work, we request that all animals be removed from the work areas that our employees will be working in. Jobs can be cancelled and or rescheduled due to threat of an animal or pet. These cancellations can result in a call out fee.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date.
